Ingredients are hand-selected by Morena and Alberto Spizzi to ensure the best of quality. The dough is made daily and left for at least 24 hours to mature to ensure it has the perfect time and care. The pizzas are then spread and topped manually one-by-one to ensure authenticity and the purest taste and aroma.
